OMPT Specialists will verify your benefits to tell you what, if any, are your obligations before your first appointment.

How much experience do the physical therapists have with conditions similar to mine?

OMPT Specialists hires only certified orthopedic manual physical therapists that have 2 or more years of extensive training in hands on manual techniques above and beyond their degrees as physical therapists. Learn more about our therapists.

Would I be working with the same therapist that evaluate me on the first visit or with whoever is available at the time of each visit?

OMPT Specialists believes that the highest quality care can only be achieved when you work with the same therapist at all times during the course of your treatment.

Would I be working with my therapist alone on my scheduled time or will he/ she be supervising other patients at the same time?

OMPT Specialists will never double or triple book appointments. You will have one-on-one care with your therapists. This guarantees better outcomes.

Would my therapist communicate with my physician regarding my progress?

At OMPT Specialists, we believe that good communication with your physician will lead to better outcomes. Your therapist will send an initial evaluation report and periodic progress reports to your physician and even contact them by phone at anytime your care requires.

Would the clinic work with me around my work/ school schedule?

OMPT Specialists is open Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm in addition to being open every other Saturday. We make sure you are treated in a time that is convenient for you.

How fast can I schedule my first visit?

OMPT will schedule your first visit within 24 hours of your initial call. Typically, appointments can be scheduled on the day of the call, if it best suits your schedule.

Can I visit the facility and meet with the therapists before starting my treatment?

What do I do after completing my treatment?

As part of your treatment with OMPT, your therapist will assist you in developing an at-home exercise program. Once the in-clinic treatment is complete, you will also have the opportunity to use our state of the art gym to continue your advancement.
